We are looking Technical Assessor (Cyber Data Risk & Resilience) to join our team at NCG. As a Technical Assessor, you should have working knowledge and understanding of information security and risk frameworks and standards (specifically NIST Cybersecurity Framework and 800 series)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge and understanding of information security and risk frameworks and standards (specifically NIST Cybersecurity Framework and 800 series)
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to improve security-related processes
- Experience assessing the effectiveness of existing security controls, providing solutions to identified problem areas
- Advanced problem-solving skills- able to use prior experience and knowledge to address new situations
- An understanding of the MITRE ATTC&K Framework, Diamond Model, and Cyber Kill Chain methodologies
- Experience prioritizing security efforts and developing/implementing impactful security initiatives
- Understand the security landscape and proactively identify the need for changes to existing controls, developing actionable recommendations and solutions
