About the role/ Job description:
Responsible for providing support on project tasks for client support operations (e.g. storage systems or server ). Project tasks range in complexity from standardized tasks that usually require following a set of repeatable steps to non-standard problems that require unique solutions. Processes for routine project work are created and improvements to the routine processes may be identified and implemented. Incumbents are also responsible for mentoring Rhythm project pool members.

Responsibilities:
- Support project tasks for client support operations (e.g. storage systems or server) for work involving RFS, service requests and non-ticketed work to client operating systems, hardware, software, applications or network systems. The work ranges from routine project work and sets of tasks to non-standard problems.
- Work to make rhythm work repeatable, with a goal to standardize implementations.
- Mentored and train rhythm project pool members.
- Project pool job roles involve responsibility for accomplishing project work from multiple clients, including planned work projects focused on identifying and introducing improvements within a work area or process. For some competencies, this may include analysis of data to provide recommendations for performance improvement and or capacity suggestions, capacity forecasting, participation in technology-based projects and new business transitions.
- Team members participate once or more a day in cadence discussion on team performance. These meetings are typically led by the primary pool manager or Dispatcher. They discuss issues or challenges and receive trouble-shooting input /advice from other team members. They may also discuss team performance trends. Primary pool team members may also separately interact and exchange information with members of cross-pool teams.
