About the role / Description:
A security operations centre is a centralized unit that deals with security issues on an organizational and technical level. It comprises the three building blocks for managing and enhancing an organization's security posture: people, processes, and technology.
Skills and Requirement:
SIEM, SOC, ArcSight, Qradar, Splunk,
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring real-time Security alerts/ Incidents on the QRadar SIEM tool
- Working on incidents and reviewing the alerts and doing a detailed analysis on alerts.
- Working on the Incident Response activities like users login failures/login activity analysis, phishing analysis.
- Working on assign Ticket queue and Understanding and exceeding expectations on all tasked SLA commitments.
- Monitoring network traffic for security events and performing triage analysis to identify security incidents
- Track and report on the closure of tickets as per SLA.
- Participate in knowledge sharing with other analysts and develop solutions efficiently
