Mandatory Skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, REST and SOAP Integrations, ITIL
Required Skills:
- Experience implementing ServiceNow Service Catalog.
- Implement service changes, workflow automation, integrations, and enhancements.
- Practical experience in the creation or modification of the relevant ITSM toolset components (Incident/ Problem/ Change/ Configuration)
- Mandatory experience needed in Customer Service Management (CSM) needed
- Experience in implementing inbound and outbound API integrations and workflows within ServiceNow
- Perform workflow design, configuration, development, and data loads for ServiceNow platform, (ServiceNow) applications.
- 3-4 years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, REST and SOAP Integrations
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (Mandatory)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, Service Mapping, Discovery, Event Management or Software Asset Management) (Mandatory)
Good-to-Have :
- Experience in customizations including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, workflows, custom tables, and reports in ServiceNow.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balance priorities and juggle multiple tasks at once.
