About the role / Description:
Salesforce Project Manager
The role involves translating user requirements, functional and design specifications into technical concepts, interaction with the clients, and effective collaboration and coordination for the development.
Experience in Salesforce Lightning (Service Cloud, Community Cloud & Analytic Cloud)
Thorough understanding of the Life Cycle of Development, maintenance, and support on the Salesforce platform.
The candidate should possess knowledge of the capabilities (both functional and technical) and integration capabilities. The ideal candidate will provide visible leadership, accountability, and authority over agent KM experience projects. The candidate will be involved from inception to delivery. You will be the facilitator of change with the internal clients and evolve how their support business functions.

Responsibilities:
Liaison with clients/support organization and establish cross-functional collaboration on an ongoing basis, to maintain and develop the business relationship, and keep projects/tasks to a set time frame.
Actively manage stakeholders' expectations, resource alignment, and possible conflicting priorities across projects
Driving the program execution from definition through implementation and successful deployment which includes Stakeholder Engage, Requirement Analysis & Definition, Business Planning, Grooming & Scoping, Pre-Implementation Readiness to Build, deploy and maintain.
Ensure adherence to HPE delivery structure and project management methodology during the implementation of the solution.
Deliver strategic business reviews to educate internal organizations on key platform trends and considerations.
Communicate reports regarding salesforce implementations, project status, risk management, and escalation of issues.
Coordinate IT project teams to ensure that client business requirements are effectively incorporated into design specifications, multi-platform integrations, and data transfers
Be client (internal) advocate to resolve and manage escalations to ensure client partnership endures
Continually improve salesforce lightning Case and KM capabilities, features, and user experience built-in salesforce service cloud.
