Core Deliverables:

• Continuous eyes on the glass to view all logs and alerts
• Create reports 
• Identify false positive alerts
• Run playbooks for identification of alerts
• Raise a ticket with the appropriate department to fix the identified incident 
• Have knowledge about IT and network setup
• Understanding thresholds and meaning of the alert 
• Hands-on in monitoring networks, systems, applications, and websites
