Job Role
- Manage our digital agency
- Social media, Lead gen, SEO, User Engagement, Budget spending & performance, app marketing website management etc.
- Manage research partner and ensure seamless execution of Market Research and Competitive Intelligence deliverables
- Demonstrate ability to track and analyze market development, competitive landscape, the impact of trends on the industry, business scenario and growth prospects
- Drive CSAT, Usage Surveys & NPS
- Manage Branding partner
- Granular Market Sizing – aligned to various Target audiences
- Continuous review of “brand assets & appropriate actions “
- Marketing Audit and brand compliance
- Execute marketing calendar for the brand
- Conduct periodic benchmarking with the competition.
- Variables based on on-time execution of the branding projects, digital ROI and quality of research
KPI’s
- Ensure outperformance ROI on all the digital campaigns
- Ensure high utilisation of the Ad/Digital marketing partner
- Facilitate annual contracts with digital mediums like LinkedIn, Facebook, Google etc.
- Handle alliances with thought leadership associations and bodies
- Ensure the implementation of various CSAT & NPS studies in association with the leadership team.
- Ensure 100 % brand compliance
- Ensure quarterly competition analysis for the management
- Execute brand transformation
