Location: Bangalore
Experience Required:
8-10 years experience in B2B inside sales management experience. Outbound call centre management experience is strongly preferred. Self-starter with proven success as a sales leader and familiar with inside sales processes. Experience using CRM tools.
Salary: 15L-18L with a pay mix of 80/20
Good to have:
Background in selling to the HR persona and should be from an enterprise background.
Job Role:
- Responsible for delivering the qualitative and quantitative goals thru a team of inside sales reps
- Recruit, train and optimize a team of inside sales responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements.
- Refine the sales pitch and process to achieve optimum results
- Establish metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance
- Manage the inbound lead flow and track efficiency of sales and marketing programs
- Foster high energy and a learning environment
- Ensure adoption of sales tools and efficacy of data/leads
