Location: Bangalore/Mumbai
Qualifications – Graduate/MBA with over 10-12 years in sales of product and services in the BFSI vertical for over 5 years with a proven track record of delivering results, existing relationships at the C and Mid Level in the BFSI sector, 2 or more years in a people manager role,
Salary: 25L-30L with a pay mix of 70/30

Job Role :
- Responsible for building/ running/managing the business for the company in the BFSI space to deliver the company’s qualitative and quantitative goals
- Responsible for hiring and retaining top sales talent for the business
- Develop and execute medium-long term sales strategies to build a resilient and scalable business in the BFSI space
- Collaborate with the product team to conceptualize and build a strong value proposition for the sector
- Networking with key decision-makers, industry bodies, sourcing advisory firms & other influences in the BFSI sector.
- Collaborate with Marketing for demand generation, inbound and outbound, and other marketing programs to drive high conversion rates and efficient customer acquisition.
- Work cross-functionally internally to ensure messaging alignment, operational coordination
- Responsible for accuracy on revenue forecast and pipeline management to build a predictable and scalable business
- Drive revenue growth and ensure effective pipeline management in the BFSI vertical
