- He/She should have strong knowledge on Sourcing strategy, Job Portal Management, Talent Acquisition
- Looking for min 4 yrs Experience in talent sourcing for the contingent staffing business
- Talent Acquisition Life Cycle management and Commercial understanding of Talent pool is must have
- He/She should have good knowledge on IT Resource pool, innovative sourcing, Bulk hiring
- Delivery Lead be able to mentor Team on Contract Staffing Sourcing, Screening, process adhere by organization
- Experience to use the ATS tool is added advantage
- This role holder needs to manage min 8 members team, Should have the knowledge to manage Internal and external stake holders
- Should have fair knowledge on IT Skill, latest trend of technology
- Min 2 yrs experience as TL is preferred
- Hybrid Model Work till 2021
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Email etiquettes and Client communications
- He/She should be Graduate, BE/BCA/MCA preferred.
