About the role /Job description:
As Citrix Specialist, is responsible to provide technical support with a high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance. Need to perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outages or disasters.
Skills and Requirement: Citrix SME, implementation experience is a must
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of Citrix cloud on Azure platform
- Administration/Managing the Hybrid Citrix Environment.
- Citrix Cloud Services, Citrix FAS
- Working knowledge and experience of • Citrix Storefront, Session Host Citrix Appsence Environment Management.
- Working knowledge of FSLOGIX Citrix Appeases Policy Administration
- Good Understanding of Citrix Storefront / Web interface, UPM, Profile Management, AppSense, License Management.
- Working knowledge Citrix XenDesktop environment.
- Working knowledge of Cloud technologies (Azure).
- Hands-on experience in Windows OS, Domain and GPOs
- Windows 10 desktop optimization, fine-tuning the Citrix MCS master image
- Working knowledge on Citrix cloud infrastructure components like a Delivery controller, database server, a license server
- Good hands-on experience with Citrix policies creation, implementation
- Working knowledge on AD policies
