Direct Responsibilities
Business Impact Assessment (BIA) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Programme:
1. Respond to business queries and provide guidance
2. Check business submissions and chase outstanding work
3. Update content in Business Plans as required
4. Complete assigned controls, aimed at ensuring all key tasks are completed
MI and reporting:
1. Maintenance of the BCM Programme Tracker and the BCM Schedule Tracker files
2. Contribute to Committee packs
Everbridge automated notification tool:
1. Maintenance of contact groups for business BCP teams
2. User account management in liaison with global admin team
3. Account and password resets/troubleshooting
Work Area Recovery Programme:
1. Allocation of desks / PCs to business BCP teams
2. Monitoring / actioning issues in daily recovery desk and profile reports
3. Maintenance of recovery profile deployment tool (Profiler)
4. Recovery Desk Tracker Data Source maintenance
Contributing Responsibilities
Exercise Programme:
1. Preparation, execution & reporting of:
a. comms exercises
b. recovery user exercises
c. recovery technical exercises
d. crisis management exercises
e. IT Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises
Other ad hoc tasks as required:
1. From time to time projects and initiatives will arise as part of the LB BCM Programme that the UK BCM Team wish to be carried out by the role incumbent; each such task will be properly explained and trained as applicable
