Location: Mumbai / Chennai / Bangalore
Experience: 3-8 years
Notice Period: Immediate joiners ( 60-90 days max)
Qualification: Graduate
MODE OF WORK: Hybrid, initial 15 days daily reporting to office
Mandatory Skills: Business Continuity, Techno Functional, Banking, Finance
Responsibilities:
BIA Revalidation:
- Scrutiny for completeness and co-relation of inputs in BIA for respective service level agreements
- Coordinate with the business for seeking clarity
- Rigorous follow-up until closure
- Update and upkeep of the BCM tracker in line with findings of BIA Scrutiny
- Analyzing and summarizing the BIA
- Update and upkeep of BIA folder structure
- Daily progress update to Management
BIA Check and challenge:
- Coordinate with business, hold meetings/workshops with individual teams to rectify and update the BIAs
- Drive check and challenge sessions with businesses to ensure accurate updating of BIA
- Record brief minutes of check and challenge sessions for future reference • Rigorous follow-up until closure
- Daily progress update to Management
BIA Finalizations:
- Submit a synopsis of a recovery strategy and testing requirements to business HODs.
- Obtain business HOD approvals • Maintain rigorous follow-ups with the business for respective beneficiary approvals
- Update BIA EDocket with final BIAs and mail evidence of submission and signoffs
- Upload of signed-off BIAs on the tool
- Update and upkeep the BCM tracker
- Daily progress update to Management
